During our start up transition, your prescription may initially be filled through our sister store, Fall Mountain Pharmacy in Bellows Falls. These prescriptions will be delivered to Canal Street Pharmacy for you to pick up or have them delivered to you. You are a Canal Street Pharmacy patient. Fall Mountain Pharmacy is simply assisting behind the scenes while insurance and administrative processes are finalized. No action is required from you as our patient. We will coordinate all prescription transfers and billing details to ensure there is no interruption in your care.
